Any unopened skincare items may be returned for store credit, within 30 days of purchase, granted they are in 100% original condition.
Processing Your Return:
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Full Name & Address
- E-Mail Address
- Order number
Any package that has not been received by SkinKlinic and tracking information cannot be provided; will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
**Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return or exchange**
If your package is returned marked as “unclaimed,” or “undeliverable,” and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $9.95 re-shipping fee. If your package is returned marked as “refused” and no contact was made for not accepting the parcel, no credit will be given.
